My first experience working with China:
My company in Russia produced cedar chip mattresses, which I sold on Amazon in the U.S.
Even before 2022, I had independently adjusted all the processes, from production to logistics, successfully bringing the product to the foreign market.
I found a Chinese company interested in distributing my products in China. To enable financial transactions, I registered a company in February 2023 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China.
I was assisted in this process by the government of Shenyang, the Russian ambassador to China, and the company "First Russian Park in China."
Since summer 2023, I have been working through all the aspects related to this business: requirements for the farm’s location, staffing, sourcing feed, and product distribution. I have resolved numerous routine operational matters.
After analyzing the Chinese demand for chicken feet and eco-friendly poultry meat, as well as recognizing the Russian government’s willingness to support the opening of poultry farms, I fully focused on preparing this project.
As a result, I have selected a land plot, found the necessary specialists and suppliers, and established logistics and sales channels in Russia, China, and Africa.
I’ve always been drawn to agriculture. For me, this is more than just a business—it's a personal long-term project into which I am investing all my energy, resources, and experience.
